All we had to do was to restore its style and class. That’s exactly what we did to this grand apartment from 1894 on the Rambla of Ibiza town, the Vara de Rey.

The apartment of 104m2 consists of a beautiful hallway, a bright living room annex kitchen with dining area, a guest toilet, a guest bathroom, a storage room, a guest room and a complete master suite with separate toilet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and double sink. In the design we opted for a cosmopolitan look, warm oak, lots of white, with black accents and marble. The Gents Property Development ensured high quality materials and finishing. You will find design taps, even Philippe Starck toilets, a complete Sonos sound system and integrated lighting. Hence, a timeless design that gives you the feeling of having ended up in a 5-star hotel suite.

The apartment comes with no less than 4 beautiful authentic balconies with a view of the old town, the Vara de Rey and even Plaza del Parque. On top there is a communal roof terrace and as such acts as a perfect place for evening cocktails with friends and family.

The location is great and exudes class, especially now the complete Vara de Rey changed into a pedestrian boulevard with chic shops, top restaurants and high-end hotels.
