In partnership with the Spanish architect Fernando Uriz, we designed a contemporary villa of 254m2 over 3 levels. The ground floor contains a spacious living room and open kitchen, a guestroom with bathroom ensuite, all to enjoy the garden, its privacy, and swimming pool.
\nFrom the second floor the design was focused on the views to the bay of Santa Eularia. It contains 3 bedrooms, all with bathroom ensuite and a huge roof terrace with outdoor kitchen en jacuzzi area. In the basement we find a garage, the rainwater collection and a technical room.<\/p>\n
