We take ownership of the full scope of development: purchase, redesign, renovation and delivering the house turnkey to the new owner. We see it as our challenge to look for the inner beauty of each property, its origin and then add design to it. In our years of experience, we have always been looking for that extra dimension. All our projects are unique with a signature of high quality and eye for detail. Besides renovation and selling turnkey, we offer our clients the service to fully outsource the search as real estate agent in Ibiza and the renovation of their own property to the Gents.
EYE FOR DETAIL
The devil is in the details, is a good English saying and I fully agree to this when it comes to interior design. That’s why we focus our in our design on future usage. However, our eye for detail doesn’t stop at the design, we continue until you have received the keys to your dream place.
CREATIVITY
Creativity brings tension to the design. However, creativity doesn’t always come by itself in one go. Some designs are perfect at once others need a different touch, often inspired by looking outside. To us, creativity means, doing things differently.
GUTS
We create a nice home through an eye for detail, creativity, but certainly also through courage. Dare to do something different. Or dare to create tranquility in the design. For us, daring means looking at the original design and highlighting the essence. Then what was once ugly can take on a completely different meaning.
